7. Public, parochial, private, and other schools.
8. Local, state or federal government buildings and uses.
9. Utility substations
10. Publicly-owned and operated parks and other recreational facilities.
11. Semi-public and private recreation facilities not operated for profit.
12. Single-family dwellings.

Conditional Use

1. Farm supply stores and agricultural related businesses
2. Family personal care homes.
3. Recreation facilities of an unenclosed commercial nature.
4. Airport or airstrip (public, private, commercial).
5. Group homes.
6. Day care facility.
7. Golf Course—public or private.
8. Machine shop.
9. Farm wineries.
10. Ambulance or emergency service.
11. Private club, lodge, fraternal institutions, and places for an assembly of non-members groups.
12. Library.
13. Solid waste disposal facility (landfill).
14. Natural resource development.
15. Manufactured homes, mobile offices, recreational vehicles or camping trailers (allowed during the construction of a principal residential).
