Permitted Use

1. Private, non-commercial dock or boathouse.
2. Government - owned or operated use, facility, or land.
3. Farm for the growing of agricultural products, including timber.
4. Wildlife refuge, including caretakers' residence as an accessory use.
5. Swimming beach.
6. Utility substations.

Conditional Use

1. Commercial marine or boat house.
2. Museum or exhibit area in conjunction with an area or use of recognized historical, aesthetic, or educational significance.
