5. Maintenance buildings.
6. Recreation facilities.    

Conditional Use

1. Churches.
2. Schools.
3. Parks of five (5) acres or more.
4. Day care facility on two (2) or more acres.
5. Home occupation.
6. Golf, tennis, and country clubs.
