The first step for any commercial or industrial development is to determine whether the property is properly zoned. The zoning classification can be accessed through the Bulloch County Tax Assessor's website.

Directions

1. Go to Bulloch County Tax Assessor website
2. Click "Click Here to Enter"
3. Click "Search Records"
4. Search by Owner Name, Parcel Number, Location Address or Map
5. Click "Zoning" in box on the left side of the screen
6. Zoning of property will appear on map.
